Analysis
The design of Saujana Residency is indeed overwhelming, where the developer really put the effort to make this high-end condo outstanding among the rest of new apartments in the area. Right from the entrance, one will be awed by the large water feature that greets residents and visitors into the compound. Not only that, there are tall palm trees and tropical trees planted in the development that creates tropical resort ambiance.
The facade of Saujana Residency is also nicely done, as all units feature full-length glass that makes the design looks very modern. It also features lanai concept (for several units only) and its long bath are extruding out of unit, allowing one to enjoy the scenery while soaking in the bath
