The W Koh Samui Residences will adjoin the W Retreat luxury resort at Maenam Beach on the island’s sublime and beautiful north shore.

The private residences will dot a 27-acre headland site with 900m of secluded beachfront. Inspired by a Tropical Zen style with exotic touches that reflect Thailand’s charming island life, on offer are villas sized between 633 sqm and 1,280 sqm, on plots of between 1,000 sqm and 2,470 sqm.

W Koh Samui Retreat & Residences is a joint venture between Thailand’s Amburaya Hotels & Resorts and Dubai’s Nakheel Hotels. With a gross development value of approximately US$88 million, the villas are priced from THB70 million (approximately US$2 million) onwards.
 An innovative Thailand-based company developing luxury lifestyle hotels, resorts and residences, Amburaya Hotels & Resorts has projects in Bangkok, Pattaya, Koh Samui and India, and hopes to grow its portfolio further within Thailand and the region.
Launched in the second half of 2008, the project is expected to be complete by mid-2010. Villa owners will be entitled to rolling 30-year leases on their investments.
